摘要The title compound (ethyl 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-oxo-3,3a,4,6-tetrahydro-1H- furo[3,4-c]pyran-3a-carboxylate) has been synthesized, and its crystal structure was characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n, with a = 10.124(4), b = 11.754(4), c = 13.792(5)Å, b = 111.533(3)º, V = 1526.6(10)Å3, Z = 4, C17H19O6, Mr = 319.32, Dc = 1.389g/cm3, F(000) = 676, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073Å, μ = 0.105mm–1, R1 = 0.0660 and wR = 0.2027 for 2993 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The compound shows potent anti-tumor activity in vitro.
